We are a faith-based community with over a century of experience and a reputation for quality care and services provided by compassionate and professional staff dedicated to the health and wellness of our residents. 

Our 22-acre campus, nestled off Westport Road and adjacent to Westport Village, includes the popular Dudley Square with its tree-lined streets and spacious patio homes. Throughout all our lifestyle neighborhoods, you will find park-like outdoor spaces. 

Our residents and their families enjoy our new restaurant-style dining room Grille 75, which features familiar Kentucky favorites.  

On the weekend, you will find many of our residents at St. Luke’s Chapel right on campus. This is where faith and fellowship bring our residents together, no matter their religion or faith background.

Throughout the campus, we focus on the belief that people are not just living in our buildings but rather we are working in their homes. All with a reputation for high-quality care in the Lousiville area that is second to none.
