At Episcopal Church Home, we provide the options while you make the choices. We offer high-quality support, services, and amenities as you age and your personal care needs change — mind, body, and spirit. Visit the photo gallery to see the now-open Lyndon House.
You’ll find a community filled with people who have a real sense of security about their future. It’s also a fun place to live, with an incredible staff and an experienced management team.
And now, you can experience all of this in a brand-new household that features spacious apartments. You can also enjoy our intimate and luxurious dining and life-enrichment spaces or relax on the wonderful outdoor patio and seating areas overlooking our new amenity garden.
Our Personal Care neighborhood provides a place where you can enjoy the highest quality of life possible in a safe, fun, and enriching environment, no matter what level of assistance you may need.
We offer various levels of care designed to provide the best value for our residents. We have options for those who may only need intermittent support or offer additional services for those needing more help with their daily routines or health needs.
We have on-site nursing care with a high staff-to-resident ratio that can provide peace of mind for you and your family when assistance is needed.
Residents also have access to a variety of other amenities and services.
Person-Centered Care is the common thread running throughout all of ERS's communities. Driven by a desire to exceed normal caregiving practices, Person-Centered Care provides staff with the tools needed to interact with people on a higher level of empathy and understanding.
At Lyndon House, residents enjoy life much as they always have. They choose when to wake up in the morning and when to go to bed at night, when to eat their meals, when to bathe and get dressed, and what activities to participate in each day.
ERS’s person-centered care approach sets its communities apart from the rest. Gone is the institutional atmosphere. In its place, ERS communities, including Lyndon House, look and feel like home to our residents. And while residents remain our focus, the person-centered care approach is also employed in staff’s daily interactions with each other, too.
Our team has always gone the extra mile to treat residents with respect and loving care, but Person-Centered Care allows us to provide freedom and personal choice previously not practiced in a care setting. And when people are allowed to make their own choices, they can approach each day with purpose and meaning – resulting in a truly remarkable atmosphere that knows no comparison.
