After a hospital stay for illness, injury, or surgery, you do have a choice when it comes to short-term rehab facilities.

At ERS, our goal is to get you back home so you can continue doing the things you want to do. The expertise of our caring, compassionate and well-trained staff, combined with our person-centered care philosophy, assures residents and their families they are in the most capable of hands.

Our Marjorie P. Lee community, for example, has received certification from the prestigious Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) and the Continuing Care Accreditation Commission (CCAC).

CARF-CCAC is an independent nonprofit accreditor of human services that sets standards of excellence in the industry. Accreditation demonstrates a provider's commitment to continuously improve service quality and to focus on the satisfaction of the persons served. This certification is not easy to get, and only a small percentage of continuing care retirement communities can achieve it.
