As the average age of the population gets older and older, senior congregation members may find it difficult to leave their homes to attend church or be involved in other activities. They may become isolated and lonely. A faith community nurse who makes home visits can be a great resource to those home-bound individuals. The information within this manual will provide the tools needed to begin such a ministry.
