Marjorie P. Lee has set the standard for elder care in our community since the first day we opened. Our Person-Centered Care approach provides permanent, long-term care residents the freedom, choice and purpose they deserve that is so important in their care and everyday lives. We strive to ensure residents live life on their own terms, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and services. In turn, the results are remarkable for our residents, their families and our staff.
Our organization has been selected as a Top Workplace by our employees for 10 years in a row and has low employee turnover. Preferred by many area hospitals, Marjorie P. Lee consistently earns high Medicare ratings as well.
Marjorie P. Lee is certified by the prestigious Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) and the Continuing Care Accreditation Commission (CCAC). CARF-CCAC is an independent, nonprofit accreditor of human services that sets standards of excellence in the industry.
This accreditation demonstrates our commitment to continuously improve service quality and to focus on the satisfaction of our residents. This certification is not easy to get and only a small percentage of continuing care retirement communities can achieve it.
Ranked among the top nursing care centers in the region for resident satisfaction by the Ohio Department of Aging, and by independently conducted surveys, we have been caring for older adults for over 65 years.
