We know that if our staff love what they do, they will view their work as a calling, not just a job. And when they do, they provide the best care to those they serve.

We recognize not all of our staff have benefitted from the same opportunities in life as others. The playing field is not always level. Barriers stand in the way, preventing them from fulfilling their own visions for a brighter future.

Education and opportunity are at the core of our focus to empower staff growth and development.

Help Build the Fund!

Thanks to a generous lead anonymous donor, we are in the midst of launching a Staff Development Fund to expand the impact that we are currently having in these areas. The fund will be used to expand ERS internal professional and leadership training offerings and provide tuition assistance for staff to attend external training programs, seminars and conferences and higher education advancement.

By investing in and championing our staff, ERS will also benefit by recruiting and retaining staff with the highest level of expertise and passion for serving older adults that have become the hallmarks of ERS.
