Since the beginning of the pandemic, demand for meal deliveries to homebound seniors has never been greater, and our clientele has increased by 40%. We delivered 50% (60,000) more meals in 2020 than in 2019. Quite simply, the program outgrew its former space at Deupree House and has relocated to its site in nearby Fairfax.

The expense of relocating the Meals On Wheels operation falls outside of ERS’ general operating budget supported by the Good Samaritan Mission Fund.
