Dementia is a community issue that is best addressed through partnerships throughout our communities. Every part of the community has a unique role in fostering meaningful access and engagement in community life for people living with dementia and their family and friend care partners. As partners get involved, an environment emerges which fosters safe and welcoming places for socialization, improving the quality of life for those living with dementia and their care partners.
