The Martindell Award

The Martindell Award is a special award granted annually to a deserving ERS non-management team member who exemplifies the ERS values and ways of working, excellence in caregiving, and works to promote freedom, choice, and purpose for the older adults whom we serve. A fourteen-year tradition, this award is made possible by a generous gift from Trish Martindell, who previously served on ERS’s Board of Directors and served as Board Chair from 2010 – 2012.

A life cut far too short, Trish has left an indelible legacy here at ERS through her staunch support of our organization, her commitment to person-centered care, strategic leadership development, and the establishment of this Award.
