Deupree House - Assisted Living Costs in Cincinnati

If you think living at Deupree House will cost more than living in your own home, you may be in for a surprise. Independent living apartments start at $3500 per month and there are choices of entrance fee plans or monthly rental options, and neither option requires a long term contract. You should also know that we will never ask a resident to leave for financial reasons.

Try our NEW interactive cost calculator to compare the value and convenience of living at Deupree House versus continuing to live in your home.  You can also download and print our cost calculator here. Include everything such as:

  • any carrying costs such as mortgage, taxes, insurance, etc.
  • utilities
  • cable and internet
  • garbage collection fees
  • groceries
  • maintenance such as roof, furnace, landscaping, etc.

Senior Warning Signs Tipsheet

A variety of issues and abilities may prevent seniors from meeting their everyday needs in their own home. Even if they still “get around” easily and have no physical issues, other things may affect a loved one’s ability to cook a meal, clean the house, drive, or manage medications.

This tipsheet will help you determine if it's time to talk about senior care.

It can be scary when an aging loved one starts to be unable to take care of themselves. At ERS, we help families through these tough situations with our 60 years of experience and extensive knowledge in caring for older adults. In this tip sheet, you'll learn the most common signs that it's time to talk about senior services like in-home care or a retirement community, including:

  • Hygiene Issues
  • Forgetfulness
  • Health

If you would like to speak to someone about this directly, please contact Ann Novak at 513-272-5555 ext. 7014 or anovak@erslife.org

Senior Risk Assessment

A variety of issues and abilities may prevent seniors from meeting their everyday needs in their own home. Even if they still “get around” easily and have no physical issues, other things may affect a loved one’s ability to cook a meal or clean the house.

While the assessment is not a substitute for professional advice, it may help to answer some of your questions. Please take a moment to answer “yes” or “no” to each statements and find out about options to help your loved one.  One of the professionals on our medical staff will contact you to discuss the results.  This is not a sales or marketing gimmick but rather a confidential discussion on what level of care might be appropriate for you or your loved one.  We will not contact you again unless you want us to and we will not share any of your information with anyone else.

If you would rather contact someone directly about this topic please call Ann Novak at 513-272-5555 ext 7014 or anovak@erslife.org
