At ERS, we believe that older adults should live with dignity and comfort in a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment no matter their financial situation.

Episcopal Retirement Services is proud to offer rent-subsidized, affordable senior living communities that provide a variety of options and services not often found in communities for seniors with limited incomes. 

This philosophy is clearly evident in our low-income retirement communities located throughout Cincinnati, as well as in Wilmington, Blanchester, West Liberty, West Carrollton, Springfield, and Cambridge, Ohio as well as Lexington, Kentucky and Anderson, Indiana. In many of the communities you may find social workers, chaplaincy services, community dining rooms, fitness centers, hair salons, game rooms, resident gardens, transportation services — even Wii bowling teams! 

We are proud to own and/or manage 26 communities, and the result for many of our residents is truly life changing.
